[Basic Information]
Full Name: Aj Luna
Alias(es): Vortex
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Birthday: Third of May
Sexuality: Straight
[Characteristics]
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 180
Hair: Dark Brown
Eyes: Light Blue
General Appearance: Aj has short brown hair that reaches his chin and blue eyes, like the endless skies. His skin is rough and scarred from living in the mountains. He always has a burnt jacket with him regardless of the weather. Also, he wears a light blue undershirt and dark pants on most occasions. White bandages cover his left arm up to his shoulder blade. Fingerless gloves cover his hands. Once in a while, when in his Vortex alias, he wears a dark blue hoodie and grey pants, forsaking the gloves and jacket. The only thing that can tie him to his alias is his pendent of a crescent moon.
Personality: Aj can be seen as a quiet and cold person. The truth is he does not know how to express his feelings. This is because he was raised away from others and so he tends to isolate himself and barely interact with people. He does have a soft spot to young ones, which he tries to keep a secret, and he loves to help people without them knowing. While in a battle he always holds back and asks questions to his opponent. He tends to stop the fight and disappear when his curiosity is satisfied. He has, or tries to have, no ill feeling to any guild.
His alias, Vortex, is quite different, or at least he tries to be. When in a social place he tends to keep to himself and barely give answers when he is asked questions. He still has a soft spot to young ones, but he barely acts on his desire to help people. It is in a battle when the personality really splits. Instead of holding back he goes all out and ends the fight as fast as he can. He does not care about the enemy even though he makes sure they don't die. Like his true self, he does not care or feel ill towards any guild.

- History:
- Aj can barely remember the time before Jargon. He can recall his mother was some kind of healer and father was a musician. He can remember an older man whom he believed is his grandfather. He can picture the town he lived in and the people who lived there. Then there are the things he wishes to forget. His mother being accused of killing one of her clients, a wife of a rouge mage, and how his father went up against the rouge mage and was nearly killed. He also remembers how the mage followed them home and set fire to the house, how the flames took his parents life and would have taken his if it wasn't for a great wind.
The first time Aj saw Jargon was very funny to him. It wasn't too often you call out "doggie" at a dragon but in his defense he was two. He can't recall what happened after that, all he knows is that he was with Jargon and that was it. At first, he didn't know what to do, he lost his mother and father, plus his grandfather was nowhere to be found. Jargon noticed this and made him a wooden flute. Aj loved this gift and practiced on it all day. It was during one of these times that he was playing the flute that he came across a mage. After watching him for a while, he asked Jargon if he can teach him some magic. At first Jargon refused, but after a while the great sky dragon gave up and taught Aj.
For years he was in hell learning all he can. When he finally learned everything Jargon could teach him, he felt it was time to go down the mountain. However, three days before it was time to leave Jargon disappears. Aj remembers this day well, for it was on his ninth birthday.
After a week of waiting, Aj decided it was time to go. While walking down the mountainside, he came across a group of hunters attacking a den of snow lions. He saw it was unfair and attacked the hunters for killing off the lions for fame. Even though he gave his best effort, he was not able to save any lion. After mourning for a bit he went on his way down. He thought about what to do when he got to the first town. He finally decided to become a musician and earn money by playing in parks and what not. During the war he helped all he could and sided with many guilds but never joined one. Now eighteen, he is ready to make a mark on the world.
[Guild & Magic]
Guild: Guildless
Guild Tattoo: Over the heart and bleeds to his left shoulder blade
Magic: Sky Dragon Slayer
Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Sky Dragon Slayer magic is one of the eight power of the Dragon Slayer branch. Only given to the child of Jargon, the Sky Dragon. It is a powerful magic, known only by a young guildless boy known as Vortex. Sky Dragon Slayer magic acts similarly to the magic of other the other seven, giving the user the ability to eat his own element and gain power from it. In addition to other dragon slayer abilities, his power gives him the ability of flight and the power to heal.
Strengths: Sky Dragon Slayer magic has a strong healing and defensive stand point. Even with its power leaning away from the offensive view, it is still powerful in it own right with its offensive spells taking the form of whirlwinds produced by the user. Like all other DSM the user is able to consume their element to regain power. With the power to heal, protect, and attack, Sky Dragon Magic live up to the title of “Lost Magic”.
Weaknesses: Sky Dragon Slayer magic doesn't focus much on offensive, leaving Aj to stall things unless he drop all defense, which he only does as Vortex. It also isn't particularly effective against Earth or Metal magic, since they are rather resistant to all wind magic. Sky DS magic also isn't very good for full on fight, cause of the limits of attacks, making it bad to use on multi opponents. Also, in addition to the usual side effects of airlessness, if there is no air, he can't perform most of his magic, unless without great control.
- RP Sample:
- Small vanes of sunlight shone from the trees over the sleeping form of a young boy. His blue eyes flicks open only to close tight from the bright light. ”Ag, why is the sun so bright?” he whined, digging into the tree he chose to sleep in. Giving up, he starts to take in his surrounding, not wanting to be attacked by surprise. After making sure he not being watched he headed up into the tree branches. There in the highest note of leaves and branches was a well care for but burnt jacket. Quickly putting it on, he jump off and begin to free-fall to the ground. A small gust of wind appears slowing him down as he approach the floor. With a small smile, he began his trek towards town. Once inside he would find a nice place to set up and begin to play his flute. “Hopefully I will get a big pot for a good night sleep in an inn.” he mumbled to himself. Seeing a good spot to begin his performance, “Now the hard part, which song to begin with?” With that said he sat down and lifted the tip of his flute to his lips. “Hmm, maybe Lugia’s Song.”

Re: Aj Luna
You were working on this quite a while, eh? I think what you have looks very good. He's certainly interesting, and not lacking for personality in the slightest.
That said, while everything looks nice it's still just about the minimum you could put on the history and things, and since we reward more info with higher levels, we've agreed that unless you'd like to expand a bit more, Aj should probably start around level 1.
Bump with your answer - whether you're okay with this or want to add a bit more. I look forward to hearing from you.

Re: Aj Luna
Approved for level 1! Remember, you will get free spells for leveling up this way, so it's not all bad xD
