A rare double rainbow

Back to his original tactics Tatsu was doing jobs for another guild yet again. It seemed lately there were too many fairy Tail members doing all the fairy Tail missions and while that meant many people were getting help, it also meant he was going to be short for rent if he didn't start working. He had already met Ebony Keller and spoken to her about what it was wanted, but he still wasn't completely sure exactly what all to do. Many of the traps he knew how to make were deadly and he didn't really need to kill someone just because they were trying to rob the place. It wasn't like they were hurting anyone in the process especially if they were wanting to target the place because there was no one located at the place. Instead he had asked for the standard, wood, post hole diggers, some metal of course. It was pretty basic for the crafting of traps and the like.

After checking out the perimeter he started identifying weak points that he would use to get in. The windows were all too obvious and he wanted to keep them that way. As such he set them up with less than obvious traps. He coated the window sill with glue, added locks to the windows and put some plastic over the glass to keep it from simply shattering so easily. As far as the doors went he reinforced those with some metal over the inside of the door and painted it with wood varnish so it wasn't so obviously reinforced, and then went about making minor modifications to the walls to keep them from getting broken (mostly by finding the studs and then lining the walls with tastefully placed oak beams which he then bolted to the studs). The only thing he couldn't figure out how to improve was the roof and that was fine.

After a day of working he was pretty happy with his check and went about finding a comfortably hidden place to rest. He pulled the drapes and relaxed in the office, simply babysitting the building he had already more or less turned into a fortress. He wasn't expecting anything major to actually go down and he was qualifying it as easy money as he waited patiently for the night to get a little more interesting.

While he relaxed in the chair he barely heard the sound of the roof being drilled. Evidently whoever was doing this was professional. Not only had any of his auditory traps been tripped, but they had circumvented his wall traps, and window traps and were now entering from the roof. Either they had done this a billion times or they had watched him set all of this up with the patience and care he could only expect from masters of the art. Words escaped him as he slipped out, hoping to get the drop on them, though that worked nowhere near as well as he was hoping it would.

He crept out of his chair and into the storage area, and while he managed to somehow escape the confines of the office without getting detected, one of them had been watching it just in case (probably because he had left the door open), and if nothing else confirmed their pro status, having one of them watching the open door due to the fact that it was open. As soon as they saw him the second girl, the one with rainbow hair turned to engage.
"I don't suppose you want to just let this go. We're not really hurting anyone. It's a victimless crime!" She said.
"Yeah stealing from someone who's livelihood is dependent on not being robbed creates victims lady." He said as he took a stance.

The girl with the rainbow hair look at the girl with the pink hair and cast her first spell.
" Rainbow fire!" She screamed at the same time as her pink haired companion cast a spell.

You shouldn't be standing after Rainbow's attack-" The second girl stopped mid sentence as their attacks launched themselves toward him and he activated his shock shield. Both of their attacks smashed against it and both of them got their spells launched right back at him. Ordinarily he wouldn't have bothered with the electricity spell, but he wasn't necessarily able to simply eat one without getting hit by the other. At the very least he was thankful they were both facing him and he willingly let it hit just so he could get the drop on both of them.

As his shield went off, he decided to kick into action, activating tsuzuri raiden as he zipped forward between them, slipping in between them just as the girl, rainbow, launched off her second spell.
"Rainbow water!" She shouted as she launched the wave of water, trying to hit him with it. The pain wracked his body, but he didn't let that distract him and as he managed to get in between the two he delivered a vicious kick to the pink haired girl.
"Lightning Dragon Fang! Dragon wolf needle!" He roared as the kick connected, supercharging pink's body and paralyzing her just as the senbon connected with rainbow paralyzing her.

With both of them effectively immobilized Tatsu grabbed and threw Pink into Rainbow discharging electricity from his body as he deactivated Tsuzuri Raiden and began tying them up.
"If you two spent as much time learning how to fight as you do mastering how to steal things from people you would probably have stood a chance. As it stands, you can both spend some time in a magic council prison." He said as he waited for morning and for his client to return.

The next day when Ebony returned, she was surprised to see the two girls tied up. She had a minor invoice for the traps Tatsu had made and he showed her exactly what all he had done so she could activate and deactivate them at her leisure. Once he explained how the girls made it through his traps (which he was still trying to figure out in its entirety) she seemed rather surprised about that too. He was free and clear. He turned the girls into the guard station in the city and left, heading out to do his next job.
