General Appearance: Sand-toned scales adorn most of this massive dragon's body. He is highlighted by blue-tinted scales running down his back, as well as several jewels adorning him. He has wicked-looking claws, massive wings, and never seems to be touched by shadows.

Personality: Celtore is what one might call a collector of history. The rarer and more valuable the piece of history, the more he wants it. It doesn't matter if it's simple knowledge or ancient artifacts. He does, however, have principles, and believes firmly in only keeping that which is not currently claimed by the mortals who originally owned it. Out of all of the dragons, he has the greatest understanding of human history, in addition to that of his own kind. He attempts to be fair in all of his dealings, and is honorable and just.
