General Appearance: How should the daughter of a Council head look like? Certainly, she should be serious, should probably have a book in her hand, should be all feisty and walk around the place with a sword in her hand? Well, Charlotte is nothing like that. Neither is she serious nor does she always carry a book around with her.

Charlotte is a beautiful girl of 19, a girl whose smile can rival that of the bright sun. Charlotte has a slender figure and her skin is almost milky white which feels really soft to the touch. She has waist length black hair which is usually tied in twin tails. Her hair, at its edges is slightly curled and her bangs create a perfect frame for her face. She has two bright amber orbs which turn pink when she comes out in sunlight and her eyes are framed by dark eyelashes, making them a delight to look at. Next in her features would be her thin and rosy lips which are always turned up to a smile.

Charlotte is usually seen in her casual clothes, a white shirt and a black skirt with a white line at the bottom of it. She wears her black jeweled bracelet with it and her favorite black shoes. Sometimes, she also wears cute pink or blue dresses and storms through the MC to show it off.
When Charlotte is out on a mission or doing something important, she wears her red MC uniform. The Magic Council uniform is her pride and she wouldn’t stand seeing it get dirty.

Personality: Charlotte is a pretty complicated person to understand, in fact, she can be considered as a big bag of mystery that anyone would have a hard time understanding. This is mostly because her thoughts and actions can be very unexpected. If you think that you have got how she works, she would do something that would make you think again.

At one point, she is childish, cheerful and energetic. You can see her skipping or jumping around the magic council, usually the garden, with a big grin and goofy expression. She would be the type to drag people around and even cook up a storm around the council. Her energetic and childish personality makes her start pulling small pranks on people, the high officials of the council being the ones she mostly goes for. All of these actions, of course, don’t just go unnoticed by her father or brother, who manages to catch her and give her a big lecture. But would it work? The answer would be a big and happy no because she just can’t stop wanting to have fun. The only person that she doesn’t prank often is her brother since she is aware of the fact that he will do something worse to her. But despite all of this, the people around her adores her for this personality as well because they find her quite innocent with her childish antics and a smile that can make one’s knees go weak.

Now apart from all these characteristics Charlotte shows outside, she is in fact someone with high intelligence and great perception skill. It’s the secret side of hers that she doesn’t show anyone except maybe her brother quite a few times. Although she seems like an idiot with very less intelligence, if you have any ideas on deceiving her, you better get prepared to go through a bigger maze because she can confuse and deceive you much more than you can hope to confuse her. She is a secret bookworm who spends hours at the council library reading books, making sure that neither her father nor anyone else catches her although she has been caught many times by her brother. In fact, he must be the only person who knows of how Charlotte truly is.

Another trait of hers that many don’t know is that she is responsible. With her energetic and cheerful chara, she gives people the impression that she cannot be trusted with a task. But in truth, she has always found her father as a role model and has tried to make herself as responsible as him. She will complete any mission given to her with perfection although she hasn’t been trusted enough by her father for being entrusted with a task yet.

Charlotte has a high sense of justice like her father. No matter what someone does, as long as it intentionally hurts someone, Charlotte cannot forgive the person, causing her to show another side of her that’s mean and ruthless. This can surprise anyone who was looking at her bright face at first. Learning from her father that criminals deserve to be brought to justice and punished, Charlotte carries those words in her heart and has a hard time forgiving people that have done crimes.

She is calculating and rebellious. She tries to always think deeply on what would be right and what would be wrong in a situation and never jumps the gun. She will stay away, observe, and find a weak point before striking where it would hurt the most. This is why she is calculating and deceptive. She can easily deceive people with her carefully calculated moves and outer personality.

Likes:
Chocolates: Who doesn’t like chocolates? Something that can be used to cheer Charlotte up is by giving her chocolates.
Magic Council: Magic council has been her home forever and looking up to her father who runs it makes her want to be in his position one day.
Family: Family is the most important thing ever for Charlotte who loves her father as well as brother so much.
Justice: Charlotte, just like her father, wants to keep justice in the world and prevent another war from happening.
Books: “Books are a man’s best friend” and Charlotte loves books a lot as it keeps her company.

Dislikes:
Annoying people: Charlotte absolutely hates annoying people, namely those ones that take pride in their rich.
Injustice: Seeing injustice anywhere would make Charlotte stop and bring justice there. It’s all that needs to have her attention.
Cats: Adalia is pretty much allergic to cats. So going near a cat will make her sneeze and get irritated.

Motivations:
Magic Council: The very unit that drives her is the Magic Council. She loves it so much that she dreams of becoming the head one day.
Peace: Charlotte doesn’t want another war like what happened to happen again. So to keep the peace is another motivation for her.

Fears:

Not being able to protect her loved ones: Charlotte’s biggest fear is not being able to protect the people she love and care for.
Closed spaces: Charlotte hates closed places that suffocate her. It can be said that she is slightly claustrophobic.

Description: Lightning Magic is a branch of Elemental Magic that utilizes electricity, but more specifically, lightning, as a form of offense and defense. Mages who possess the ability to utilize such Magic are able to generate these elements from their bodies, and manipulate them. However, unlike other types of Elemental Magic, users of Lightning Magic are also capable of utilizing lightning from a distance, such as from the ground near them, or down from the sky.
Strengths: Lightning attacks work by electrocuting the opponents to various degrees, and there are spells that are said to be capable of completely paralyzing enemies, due to the extremely high voltage of the electricity employed in their use. Because of the high amounts of light produced with its use, Lightning Magic can also be utilized to blind opponents, albeit for a short amount of time. Similar to other types of Elemental Magic, Lightning Magic allows the user to transform their body into the element they control: by transforming into a lightning bolt, the user is able to avoid physical attacks, and have the added advantage of traveling around at very high speeds and damaging everyone or everything they come in contact with, much like real lightning.
Weaknesses:
Earth type magic is a great flaw to lightning magic, Ice type magic as well as magic like rubber magic or anything that would not conduct electricity. This magic is also weak against ancient magic types like Lightning Dragon slayer and light dragon slayer since these two magic could either completely render her useless or decrease the power of her magic. This magic also leaves a lot to be desired in defense as most spells made with these magic would be offensive.
