The sound, while not pleasant to others' ears, really only affects the target when the sound waves hit at their peak (direct target). The target's magic will be temporarily sealed for one post. It can be sustained to keep the target's magic sealed longer.

Alrighty... So I am turning a new leaf guys... I am Sinon the Magic Mod. I have noticed things in the past though and I am going to try and be not as hard on the rest of you guys as I have in the past. (Sorry everyone in the past).... Anyways I am here to check your spells Fayte so let's a go~
