You purchase a holder weapon from the examples in the post below. These statistics are pre-approved. You may also purchase a custom weapon of your own design, though it is more expensive.

Custom Price: 60,000

Create it using the holder item creation rules in the magic creation section, giving it the basic amount of stars. The item itself must still be approved once built.

Note that holder items purchased in the shop do not come with any lacrima.
