Now, Katherine of Aragon, the woman who everyone thought finished has risen like a phoenix from the ashes, and become the queen regent of England. But even in death, the king’s hand reaches far. He has left his daughter, Mary Tudor, soon to be crowned queen, a realm in financial, political and social upheaval. The regent and her daughter now face new challenges and dangers as they try to take hold of a kingdom in turmoil.
