Mission and Rules Restructure, round 1!

Just a head's up, we're going to be trying our hand at a new mission structure. We'll be throwing in new missions that are GM'ed. In other words, the scenarios will be run by a staff member (or staff members) and be more dynamic in nature.
The Wound Points system is primarily used for these missions, and NPC enemies will have them in varying amounts depending on the mission rank. There's not going to be a limit to how much you can do in a post, but try to keep it reasonable. The longer it is the harder it can be to keep up, after all.
These GM'ed missions will also remove the word count requirement. Instead, you must simply succeed or fail in the mission for it to end. Mission difficulty will be based on rank, like we've said before, so the word count seems highly unnecessary.
The other thing we're changing is the travel rules and thread limits. No more travel rules. They're gone. Poof. We need an easier way to get to interact with the people we want to RP with, after all. We're also making it possible to RP with characters in another town. Not everyone has to be in the same place anymore. In exchange, we're adding a limit of 5 threads at a time. We also require that you keep track of your threads and their order in your Wizard's Journal if you want it to count as official for the site.
Lastly, we've decided to change the rules for being allowed to make limited mages, because frankly the 30 day limit isn't working out.
