Objective: To find a gang of 3 mischievous men that burns things down just cause they feel like it.
Location: Oak Town

Request description: Some gang of 3 men, all having fire power was seen lighting up a house on fire. The owner of the house reported it to Mr Wellington and you are supposed to go to him, take the mission, find those 3 men and bring then in front of justice!
Request details:
-Take the mission from Mr Wellington..He is too proud…so beware!
- Walk out of the Council and head towards the library
- You’ll see three men going to light it on fire
-Now you can either stop and watch before acting (the library will be burned this way) or you guys can just take them down without a plan(in a hurry, aren’t you?).

General Appearance: Brown long hair in a pony tail, red scrutinizing eyes, clad in MC uniform.
Personality: Pretty proud character. He is the type of person that takes pride in being in Council, so don’t even think of joking about his job. He is serious and a bit authoritative, so be careful on not getting on his bad side.
