Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
Tatsu started after Astra, but looked back at the guy momentarily before zipping forward. He thought it odd that the girl had been the first to take off, but it would seem Kade was the most patient. Still, got to the warehouse in time to see her push the door open and go inside. Annoyed though he was that she was making this big of a ruckus before they could gather any information, it seemed to be effective for her and it was hard to argue with results. As he passed the girls that were tied up, he looked back to see Kade coming through the door. Figuring he would have it taken care of since his younger companions had 'thoughtlessly' rushed ahead. Once he finally caught up with Astra he looked to saw she had taken down a guy and the fact that she was shouting was something of a surprise to him, even though he was more surprised that he was surprised.
After Kade's affirmation that he understood, and had reached the same conclusion, Tatsu gestured and stood aside, allowing them to make the first move.
"I'll cover you, once the door is open I have a pretty good idea of what to do. I mean at this point we've pretty much got them cornered so... Or we could discuss what types of magic we're using so we aren't all surprised about what's flying from where and can identify friendly spells from unfriendly ones." He suggested half heartedly, almost hoping one or both of them would want to just get this show down over with.

Astra shook her head at Tatsuma. The boy didn’t even make sense to her. Why sit there and discuss magic right now? “If the spell isn’t flying at you, don’t worry about it,” she told him impatiently, acting rather different than the sweet clueless girl she’d been before she had seen the girls tied up and being taken away. She doubted all of the captives were girls, but that wasn’t really a detail that mattered. What mattered was fixing this whole situation and freeing everyone that had been caught by these abominable dark guild wizards.
Astra knew she was the weakest of the three, but right now she didn’t especially care. She moved down the hallway and got to the doors within a matter of seconds. Getting to the doors, she paused only long enough to figure out if they were supposed to be pushed open or pulled. She settled on pushing, throwing one of the heavy doors open after a moment of struggling with it. Inside, a rather surprised group of criminals stared at the her and her companions, unsure how they had found them, or possibly how captives had gotten free.
The leader sat on a makeshift stage, looking far less concerned than the others. “Oh look, intruders,” he said, sounding bored at the moment. In the corner of the room was a cage with another girl and two men who looked either unconscious or barely conscious. “You know what to do,” he told them, standing up and drawing his sword. “Kill them.”
Astra wasn’t in the mood for words at the moment. She stretched out her hands as a flock of raven-like birds made of a red, glass-like energy erupted from her hands and shot at the enemy. They tore into several of the guild lackies, who screamed and tried to destroy the birds. There were too many for it to be effective, however, and within a couple of seconds, two of them were down. Astra let out her breath calmly, lowering her arms and assuming a more defensive stance. It was time to finish this mission.

Oddly enough, it seemed like Tatsu was more and more interested in talking. Kade assumed that it wasn’t “thoughtless” that the other two ran by. He just suspected that they planned to finish the fighting, then tend to the girls. A fine enough suggestion, but Kade wasn’t making any hostages wait more today. Tatsu’s suggestion of discussion rang out more as appeasement. It was confusing, but Astra settled that immediately. Spells not flying at you, don’t worry. Yeah, that worked. It felt like this was more likely to be an insane brawl than an organized strike.
Astra forced the door open, and Kade stepped forward to help her. She was apparently past her limit of waiting. That was perfectly fine with Kade. With the doors open they saw the obvious leader. He casually said for his lackey’s to kill them. Oh, right, dark wizards. Murder was just part of the daily grind. Kade couldn’t see things right anymore. Astra’s magic birds flew at the enemy, but it wasn’t a full second before Kade put his hand out, shooting a light blast from his hand and knocking someone in the shoulder as they ran his direction. He then moved forward, sweeping his leg around to knock this particular man down. From that Kade went down, smashing the man in the face with his forearm. He wasn’t an enforcer, but he wasn’t weak.
The longer the fight lasted, the angrier Kade was getting. It hadn’t even been a minute, he was sure, but he wanted it to be done. He jumped up, throwing an elbow without anyone being close enough for it to really matter. That was fine. As two overcharged shards of light separated from his body, speeding into two of the thugs and taking them down. Each of his attacks effectively brightening the entire room.

Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
Tatsuma couldn't believe what had just happened. He was pretty sure he could remember, and he was quoting as he thought back to Kade saying "I am sure we will be fine as long as we cooperate and listen to each other. Also preplanning, again. Not rushing in to everything without a learned cohesion could lead to chaos." So now, as Tatsu tried to take the time to pre-plan, so that no one got randomly hit with someone's spells Astra had concluded that "“If the spell isn’t flying at you, don’t worry about it,” and Kade had gone along with it. He was even prepared to take the time out to explain himself in full to avoid a repeat of last time and they had done the very same thing the guy had criticized him about before. It was much to late to determine who's spells where coming from where and in keeping with Kade's quote (which was what he was now calling it) they were now entering chaos, and they were doing it without any kind of plan same for the type one might have when throwing snowballs... and some of the snowballs they were about to encounter would be quite a bit more deadly.
"Well I tried..." He said to himself with a shrug as he walked in the door. A blast of fire roared across the hall toward him he activated his lightning shield, the stern look on his face briefly becoming a smirk as the mage that launched it cried out in pain. To date that was probably his favorite spell, and as he stretched his fingers he activated another spell he didn't use very often. His hands crackled with electricity which then extended to his fingernails to form vicious claws which he planned to put to deadly purpose. Neither of them would probably appreciate what he was about to do, but there were too many to simply knock unconscious, they were hurting people, and they were all extremely violent. Death was what they deserved, and for that reason he tapped into the primal rage that old man Taiga had taught him to do, though he often wondered if he thought it would be used for this, but the claws on his hand turned violet as he readied himself for his next attacks.
He zipped forward, moving extremely quickly, though without another spell of his he wasn't exactly there and then gone. He wanted to leave something to the imagination for Kade and Astra if they happened to see him as he had watched Astra's falcons and Kade's blast of.. light? energy? Whatever it was he forgot about it as he closed in on the man that had shot the fire blast at him and with his claws he ripped the throat from him, leaving him to die. He doubted that it was going to go over well, but he wanted this done quickly.

- Primal mode:
Spell name: primal mode
Element: none
Rank: 3
MP cost: 25
Sustain cost: 13
Effect: Tatsuma taps into his killer instinct, forgetting emotion, safety, and compassion for the sake of pure murderous intent. When this is activated, anyone that was considered an enemy before is subject to summary destruction as he goes into a killing frenzy, seeking to destroy the enemies of himself and his friends, though the latter is other there for an excuse.
If this power is used and sustained in conjunction with lightning flash the power from this ability is used to determine the cloaking effect. Since both abilities increase agility the speed at which Tatsu moves is very difficult to follow as he seems to blink in and out of existence. This can give the illusion that he is teleporting when in fact he is moving under cloak of magic.
The most important feature of this power is that Tatsuma is no longer subject to random bursts of killer rage and has managed to gain control of his temper.

Effect: Electricity crackles around Tatsuma's fingertips on his right hand for a split second before extending into two inch claws buzzing with electricity. These claws cause the same kind of shocking, nerve wracking, numbing damage most of his electrical spells cost.
In addition he may overcharge the spell, causing claws to grow from both hands thus allowing him to hit more than one target at once.

- Shock Shield:

Effect: While the electromagnetic field causes some of the damage to be siphoned off, the main function of the shield is to retaliate against an attacker which in turn causes them to be numbed and slower, giving Tatsuma the edge to overpower his enemies while they are recovering. The shield shatters and becomes ineffective for protection if the attack is at ***** power total, meanwhile he takes half the damage inflicted is at ****** or more. If the spell is three or more ranks higher it simply blows right through, providing no protection at all.
Tatsuma's body seemed to exude electricity creating a visible swirling of violet electricity outlined tightly over his body. In addition the shocking effect is tied to reflected damage since it is electrified on contact with his shield. When struck the damage dealt back with reflective is converted and done entirely in electrical damage.

Astra lagged behind the other two, either badly out of practice or just plain weaker than them – she wasn’t sure and couldn’t be without her memories to guide her. Sure, she’d done exactly what Kade had said not to do, but she was upset. Very upset. She was probably going to get an earful from Kade later, but right now what mattered was saving these poor innocent mages. She brushed the red streak in her hair out of her face as another three mages tried to surround her. Sucking in a breath, she clapped her hands together, causing the very air around her to seem to shatter in the form of clear red glass.
The shrapnel from her Aura Crash tore into them, sending them flying back and bleeding. Her magic had a certain beauty to its effectiveness as well as its general look. She was glad she was holding her own; she had no idea if she’d ever been in a fight before. Her martial arts knowledge and the state they’d found her in before suggested she had… but there was literally nothing in her head to say where she learned these things or what had happened.
Meanwhile, the boss decided he was feeling impatient, apparently, unsheathing his wind katana and diving into the fray, directly for Tatsuma. “Time to teach you a lesson!” he cried, seeming a little bit too excited to be trying to murder someone.

Honestly, Kade liked planning, but it wasn’t always necessary. How he deemed things necessary, or how he looked at situations, did not always comply with what other people thought. Especially when it came to dark guilds.
Dark guild wizards were people too. Was that how it would sound to someone else when Kade said he didn’t like killing? It wasn’t about them, it was about him. It wasn’t about bloodthirsty murderers who deserved anything, it was about being the better person. Not being a murderer. Even if Kade had the impulse well awake within him. He had self-control.
Kade continued his fighting, a mixture of flying light spells and martial strikes. If Tatsu thought he knew what he was doing, he could fight the leader. If he needed help, Kade would step in, or Astra, no doubt. He felt he was better at controlling a situation than jumping into some crazy fight. He was good at range, subdual combat, and shielding. As he had taken the time to glance over at Tatsu, another thug came by and managed to land a punch to Kade’s face. He pulled back before swinging a shoulder around, disconnecting the fist from his face. He then swung a leg around to knock the man down, and hit him with a light charged kick. Kade quickly went back to engaging the rest of the surrounding enemies, so Tatsu wouldn’t have anything else to worry about.

Tatsuma stalked toward the leader, walking slowly. Teach him a lesson? Well it was going to be fun anyway. Still, he figured once the guy saw what he was up against he would simply quit, so he used the opportunity to go ahead with the fight.
The room was full of enemies and he wasn't sure if he was comfortable leaving Astra and Kade to fight by themselves, but they were going to have to be able to handle it, and were welcome to judge him for what he planned to do. For a few seconds he jumped from leg to leg, zipping forward, but stopping just short as he charged a violet senbon of electricity and hurled it at the guy with the wind sword and the big mouth. If it hit the fight would be very much over before it started and he would be dead within the next instant. It wouldn't be necessary to use much mana to fight the rest of his conies as long as Kade and Astra were doing the heavy lifting. Still, as he threw the projectile he remembered thinking "Surely it can't possibly be this easy." He thought, shaking his head as tossed it.

Astra was a little bit too busy to notice Tatsuma approaching the boss; the longer the fight went, the more trouble she was starting to have. A pair of wizards double teamed her, and she lost a couple of strands of hair avoiding their holder swords they were attempting to assault her with. Astra summersaulted back, her own weapon assembling in her hand as she landed. “Just give up!” she yelled at them, swinging the energy club she’d created. The club smashed into the first guy, and she managed to jump up and kick the other guy, who dropped his sword when her foot contacted his wrist. She spun again, hitting him with the club as he toppled over. She was doing alright, but she was getting tired. Astra panted as another wizard approached. “Uh oh…” she mumbled as flames appeared in his hands.
Meanwhile, the man whom Tatsuma had targeted gave the lightning dragon slayer a cocky laugh. The wind sword wasn’t his only magic, as Tatsuma would soon learn when a wall of earth erupted from the ground, stopping Tatsuma’s magical attack. “You’ll have to try better than that, you little freak!” he yelled at Tatsuma; the way Tatsuma was literally tearing through his men wasn’t wasted on him. “Now, Die!” he yelled, charging at the dragon slayer with his katana at high speeds; he apparently had some sort of wind enchantment speeding him up.

Logically, killing enemies was one option. It meant they couldn’t cause problems down the road, and it would save whoever they might inevitably hurt. It saved on imprisonment and risk as well. Screw that logic though, because it was stupid. Playing god was no one’s right, and self-defense only counted if you couldn’t avoid it. Planned and unconcerned murder made you a murderer, and Kade had no interest in spending time with those. The end of this fight was going to be lovely.
Kade was doing fine holding his own, and wasn’t really struggling. His adrenaline was going, and he’d yet to notice he was in league with a sociopath. Things were going well. He grabbed someone and pulled them down before kneeing them in the ches.t They were down, so he ran over to Astra, who seemed to be struggling. He charged at the man with the flame hands. One first was suddenly directed to him, burning him, but not before he threw a shoulder into the man’s face. Contact, blinding flash. His shoulder turned to light energy before the man was thrown back, blind and disoriented. Kade didn’t sustain the attack, busy making sure Astra was alright and seeing who else needed taken care of. He would have gladly shot a light arrow at the boss had he still had his bow, but he didn’t.

A smirk crossed Tatsu's face, he wasn't going to be able to keep everything going for long, but he had support right now, even though they appeared to be busy. Still, he wordlessly activated his lightning flash ability. A blue glyph appeared on his right hand and his body seemed to shimmer and move with a blur with every step. He zipped forward quickly, determined to end it quickly, but he let the claws on his left hand disappear leaving only his right hand clawed and ready to take action against his opponent. Wind wasn't the only thing that could speed people up, and he zipped forward, disappearing for a split second as he took his first step and then blurring, even as he dropped to a slide. His foot was aimed at the guy's left ankle and he resolved that if the hit connected he would use his claws to slice through his chest, and try to take out his heart. Meanwhile, if it missed he would reach out and slice whatever he could, aiming for vital spots to either main or mortally wound the guy. It didn't matter to him what damage was going to be caused from his attack, only the end result mattered and these guys deserved what was coming to them.

This makes him more difficult to keep up with and allows him to use his momentum to add to his assaults. Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
Astra was thankful for Kade’s help. She had started falling behind, and was winded after everything that was going on. She hated these people, and wanted nothing more than to stop them from hurting any innocent people again, but she certainly didn’t wish to kill any of them. Even the ones that she’d taken down with her spells were at best badly hurt. And most of them weren’t’ even that. She’d just gotten lucky and they’d fallen unconscious or were cowering after her assault of glass-like birds. For the moment, the girl was free of having to fight something, now that Kade had taken care of the ones nearest her.
She turned her gaze up just in time to see Tatsuma preparing to strike the leader with a lethal blow. “Tatsuma, no!” she shouted, knowing she wasn’t going to be able to get the crazy man from killing the other crazy man. She started to move to stop Tatsuma, but was immediately assaulted by a goon who didn’t know any better. She took a punch to the face, which sent her stumbling backwards, tears in her eyes.
The man was more skilled than Tatsuma had thought, and was apparently rather fast with the wind magic of his Katana powering him. He still took a rather nasty blow, though it was to his leg instead of his chest. As he attempted to leap away from the dragon slayer’s claws. “Augh!” he screamed, falling onto his leg and immediately collapsing. His sword clattered across the ground, resting at Kade’s feet.

Kade didn’t have a lot of options right now. His spells, for the most part, were resting. He had two he could use at the moment. His dragon breath, which was absolutely not happening, and his solar beam, which had just charged. Well fine, he would use that. His first priority was defending Astra, then stopping sociopaths from being homicidal. Unfortunately the most dangerous homicidal person he could see right now was supposed to be his team mate. There was no amount Kade wanted to deal with this. He picked up the sword at his feed, keeping it in his free hand.
He pushed a hand in Astra’s direction, casting a Solar Beam at the man who had just punched her in the face. The light beam connected with the goon. There was only one lingering, and hopefully Astra could handle that one herself. He didn’t intend for Tatsu to be able to handle anyone right now. He ran over to Tatsu, rushing into him and aiming to hit him with his shoulder. He didn’t need it to hit. He needed to keep the child from killing anyone. “What are you doing over here?!” he snapped, angrily. Sure, middle of a fight. The battle field was mostly cleared. Anyone conscious was injured, and it was left to deal with some crazy man who didn’t seem to be able to stand, one goon who would not attack if he knew what was good for him, and this other insane kid who seemed just as likely to turn on Kade as he did cut someone’s heart out.
“The fight’s over. If he,” he glanced at the one still applicable enemy, who was in a corner, “wants to fight, he’s doomed. They’re done, now back down from whatever you were thinking!” He hadn’t yet noticed the men dead, but looking around, he was starting to get that impression. He was tense, still holding the sword at his side, breathing heavily from the fight.

Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
Tatsuma stalked toward his opponent. His claw strike hadn't worked quite as well as he had wanted it to, but the plan overall hadn't been a bust. As he moved in and raised his hand to strike, his other spells that he had been sustaining dropped off as he approached when suddenly something smashed into him. Instead of resisting the blow he took it and used to momentum to fuel a dodge roll so he could create distance between himself and the new opponent without having to spend the time regaining his balance. He looked up at the figure that had hit him from a crouched position and raised his claws before he realized who it was. He started barking orders for him to back down and the fight being over, whatever. Jobs were jobs, but so far locking up dark guild members wasn't exactly solving the problem and they needed to be stopped. They were now interfering in that.
"You know as well as I do if we leave them we're just going to escape. The hydra effect, you cut off one head and three more take it's place. At least with what I'm doing here they'll realize they have something to fear." He said as he took a step toward Kade, daring him to use the sword.
"That aside, this isn't your town. The number of dark guilds here that are harming innocent people had been rising, the less people there are available to be in them, and the more they have to fear, the less they will be able to do. These are irredeemable, at least that guy is anyway." He said pointed to the leader bleeding on the ground.
"The ones that stopped fighting when their people started falling are the type that may stay out of this business in the future, the ones that didn't will most likely just do this again and the one bleeding over there is definitely going to just do it again or run the same business from the magic council's jails. Look away, if you lack the constitution to put a permanent stop to these things." He finished as he turned to continue his walk toward the previous owner of the sword kade held.

“Stop it!” Astra cried, also flying into Tatsuma. She didn’t tackle him, though. The extremely short girl instead grabbed him around the waist as if to hug him tight enough he couldn’t go through with it. “There’s no need to be so cruel! I thought Fairy Tail was a good guild with good people, but good people don’t do this, Tatsuma! Bad people do! And if you do what the bad people do, then what’s the point of getting rid of them?!” Astra was panting; tired from the fight. But she wasn’t giving up despite that and the obvious fear she had trying to stand up to Tatsuma.
“Don’t be like them… please…” She begged again, squeezing her eyes shut tight. She didn’t want to think Fairy Tail was so bad. She didn’t want to think Tatsuma represented them… “Fairy Tail chose you for the job because they believed in you… is this what they wanted you to do?” she asked him, continuing to try to reason despite Tatsuma’s obviously sociopathic behavior. “I can’t look away while you do such an evil thing… because that would be just as bad as doing it myself. I would never do this… never…”

Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
How heavy handed could this boy be?! He rolled away from Kade’s blow, picking himself up and readying for an attack before he even saw who it was. He stopped, listening to Kade’s comments, or more letting them fall on deaf ears before he spoke up. There came the heavy handedness. He’d hardly said much to Tatsu, except that he needed to stop fighting, and now Tatsu was giving a speech. He said something about a hydra, as if that made any difference. They weren’t fighting a hydra, they weren’t trying to singlehandedly take down all the evil in the world. They had a job to do, and it was done. So apparently his logic was that if the guild started killing of dark guild members then they would be too afraid, or at least somewhat afraid. He took a step toward Kade, as if he wanted to be intimidating. It wasn’t intimidating, it was foolish.
Kade scoffed when Tatsu said it wasn’t his town. This was Fiore. This wasn’t a divided nation owned by the guilds. He could come and go where he pleased and no little Fairy Tail brat was going to tell him he owned Magnolia. Kade could feel himself getting angrier, but as the insane speech continued at least it was more time that Tatsu wasn’t trying to kill people. When he was done he made a move toward the guild leader, and in a moment both Lamia Scale member’s moved.
Poor Astra grabbed Tatsu. Kade tensed up, worried that Astra would be hurt. She did not need to be in this situation. She gave a compelling argument about Fairy Tail being a good guild, and not stooping to the level of the bad guys. However Kade didn’t see this going very well. She was really putting her heart into it, and Kade just worried Tatsu was going to hurt her to do what he wanted. “Astra…” Kade said quietly, though his voice still sounded fairly angry because of Tatsu, “If rational thought had any pull on this man, he wouldn’t be treating Magnolia as his personal murder grounds. But if you want to justify fighting off two Lamia Scale members in your self-righteous crusade,” Kade said, now directing his attention to Tatsu alone, “then we should probably do that already. Or you should back down like a non-psychopath and we can finish the job we were actually hired to do.”

Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
He turned his head away from Astra when she tackled him, but her words started to cause him to reconsider, not because he believed he was in the wrong, but because he didn't want to cause her to be upset. He could almost have conceded that it would be justifiable to let him go just so she wouldn't have to deal with any trauma... Then Kade spoke up, reminding him he was just considering the notion of giving in to short sightedness from some out of towner with naive views about finality and who couldn't comprehend the difference between stitching a wound and putting a tourniquet on it. Momentarily he argued with himself internally about the pros and cons. He wasn't entirely sure he couldn't have done this by himself. After all, these two hadn't been in Magnolia to watch its slow decline into a haven for dark guilds which were springing up everywhere. He'd already put a stop to two of them and had a line on at least two others he had chosen not to go after based on the fact that they weren't actually hurting innocent people. Slowly he placed his hand on top of Astras head as he turned away from the leader of the dark mages. He turned toward Kade, annoyed, but willing to let them have their way.
"You're confusing self righteousness and irrationality with conviction and finality. I will let you have your way on this, but don't mistake this as an admission that you're in the right. When this guy gets out and does this again, and he will, I'll put an end to it then." He said as he broke away from Astra and headed out the door to search for hostages he could release.

Astra frowned at Tatsuma as he put a hand on her head. She wanted very much to pull away, and to her surprise…even punch him. She would love to just whollop him as hard as she could until he listened to her. As he walked off, Astra called out, “You’re confusing conviction with doing the right thing! I don’t remember the war that happened here, but I bet the other country thought their conviction made them right too! And I’m still hearing about the pain from then!”
Astra wasn’t sure what else to say. Kade had things to do, be it dealing with Tatsuma or helping with some other part of the job. With tears in her eyes, she turned to the walls that had a few cages with unconscious wizards in them, both men and women. The short girl brushed her bangs out of her face as she walked over to the cage, using her magic to break the cages open. Her aura sight let her see that they were okay, just weak, and she nodded at Kade to let him know.
“I’m going to… go wait at the fountain,” she told him, obviously upset by the entire ordeal. Who could blame her though? She’d been excited to help the town in her first mission ever, but it had nearly turned into a disaster. She wanted to go home and talk to Ava, and maybe Kade on the way back, if he was in the mood. So, the normally sunny, ditzy girl exited the room once Tatsuma had had plenty of time to leave, far more thoughtful than even she had known she was capable of being.

Re: Time to move: fall of the dark guilds part 1
Perhaps the boy would have backed down, or maybe he wouldn’t. It was impossible to know that now. Either way, he had chosen to start all of this, so how it was finished didn’t negate the introduction. Kade continued to stand there, between Tatsu and the leader. He didn’t care what these dark wizards thought. Did they find Kade’s intervention as stupid as Tatsu found it? Well that didn’t matter. What a criminal or a kidnapper or a murderer thought of Kade, did not change what Kade thought of himself.
The boy spoke, his long winded entitlement not even taking a short break to refill the air he seemed full of. He spoke of Kade’s misconception, and said his piece. When the inevitable bad happened, it would be on Kade. Well at least he had stopped a wrong being committed on this day. That was all he could do. He could help people, and hurting people unforgivably did not accomplish that. It was not Tatsu’s decision, and it was not his place.
Poor Astra was a miserable mess at the moment. She said a few things, miserable and clearly drained. It was hard to see. Her bright eyes enthusiasm being snuffed out by this fool. Kade would have to talk to her on the way home. He didn’t want this ruining things for her. It wasn’t fair. She didn’t deserve that. The people she could potentially help didn’t deserve that. It was wrong. They both left, Astra planning to meet Kade at a fountain. He nodded. He needed to tend to the dark wizards, making sure they were restrained before he could personally tell the guild leader about the completed job. He didn’t want this blood money, but he wanted to make sure it was handled properly. He might even mention something about how a particular Fairy Tail wizard was representing his guild. It remained to be seen, but he wouldn’t drag Astra through that. As he checked, he realized Tatsu had already killed some wizards. He grumbled, feeling the rage come back. Unfortunately he couldn’t do anything for them now. With that he left to handle the rest of his affairs for that day.
