Lilly's spells to train

Effect: Lilly covers her hands in light energy, solidifying the energy into dragon claws which she can sustain to keep on as long as her mana pool allows. These dragon claws, being light focused to the point of being solid have a golden look to them and are of course effected in accordance to the elemental weakness/strengths. The claws allow Lilly to strike at a rate of 3 meters a second (10 feet every second) and are powerful enough to cut down to the bone, even being able to fracture the bone on more direct hits.

Effect: illian's legs start to glow with a radiant light, enhancing her physical speed to beyond the normal human limit. This spell allows her to move at speeds of up to 15 m/s.

Effect: Lillian covers one of her hands (usually the right) in light energy until it is glowing reaches the point of raising the visual light levels in the area by a small margin. Upon having the spell charged (which only takes 2 seconds.) Lilly will punch the ground with the glowing hand causing a point blank AoE starting around her body that goes out to 4 meters (12 foot around her) dealing wide bruises along the effected area and knocking them back outside the radius of the spell.
It should be noted anything outside the 6 foot radius (the half point/epicenter if you will) will recieve only minor bruising from the spell but will still be knocked back due to the nature of the spell although, just as above the knock back causes no damage in and of itself, it's simply a supplementary effect.
